BREAKING: Emgage Applauds Supreme Court Ruling in Favor of Muslims Placed on No-Fly List After Refusing to Become FBI Agents
Washington, D.C.- The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that three Muslim Americans may seek financial damages from government agents that put them on a no-fly list because they refused to become FBI agents.
“It is disgusting that putting Muslim Americans on a no-fly list has become a punishment when we refuse to be a surveillance tool in our own communities. We hope that they seek damages and get their justice, so that no Muslim American is threatened by such blacklisting in this way.” -Wa’el Alzayat, CEO of Emgage
