Eligibility:
- Be a U. S. Citizen
- Be a resident of Virginia
- Be 18 years old, or 18 years old at the next general election
- Not be registered and plan to vote in another state
- Not currently declared mentally incompetent by a court of law
- If convicted of a felony, your right to vote must have been restored
What you need:
- Virginia driver’s license number or personal ID
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
