Emgage responds to second California mass shooting in two days

WASHINGTON, DC: Emgage is horrified at the mass shooting yesterday night in Half Moon Bay, California. The shooting killed seven individuals and left one badly wounded. 

This atrocity came less than two days after the mass shooting in Monterey Park, California. The death toll for this has grown to 11 individuals, with nine others injured. The shooting occured following a Lunar New Year festival. 

The country has now seen six mass killings just this year, with 39 individuals killed. 

“This level of violence and hatred is absolutely staggering, unacceptable, and heartbreaking,” said Wa’el Alzayat. “The Emgage family is grieving for the victims and their loved ones in California and across the country. These outrageous acts cannot continue.”
