Salima Suswell named Emgage Pennsylvania’s Executive Director

PHILADELPHIA: Emgage is pleased to announce that Salima Suswell has been named Executive Director of Emgage Pennsylvania.

“Salima has been an invaluable resource and team member at Emgage, and we are so thrilled to officially welcome her into this role,” said Wa’el Alzayat, Emgage CEO. “She has done excellent work in Pennsylvania and nationally, and we know that this will only continue going forward.”

Suswell also serves as Emgage’s National Senior Advisor. She has worked with Emgage for 3 years.

“It has been an honor to work with Emgage, and I am excited to continue my role with this important organization,” said Suswell. “Increasing civic engagement amongst my fellow Muslim Americans is a job that I take great pride in.
