Mahdi Kassam joins Emgage with 5 years of political and public sector experience, fresh perspective, and resolute energy to support the civic engagement of Muslim-Americans in Florida. A lifelong resident of the state, Mahdi begins his role as Florida Organizer Manager with strong ties to Tampa, Orlando and South Florida.  From student government at the University of Florida, to state government at the Florida Legislature, Mahdi‘s breadth of experience covers policy, procedure, lobbying, and party infrastructure. Most recently, Mahdi worked at the Florida Democratic Party as the in-house campaign consultant for the House Caucus (FHDCC), refining skills in fundraising, media-facing/digital communications, and project management. With a devout faith, a strong affinity for the Floridian people, and the strength of his political relationship index, Mahdi Kassam aims to deliver solutions with strategy, form, and collaboration to Emgage Florida.”
