Human Resources Specialist
Shy ensures that all organization policies, procedures, documentation, and practices for hiring and terminating for permanent employees, part-time employees, contractors, interns, and canvassers are adhered to. She onboards all full-time and contract employees. She ensures that the employee handbook is continuously updated to align with Emgage policies. She also completes the accounts payable function for the organization, including all related documentation, approvals required, filing, and reporting for all payments for the organization. Further, she processes staff payroll and pay for all of the organization’s contractors.
